A Firm Foundation

We believe that to have the desired outcome for you ministry to men, you must begin by having a firm foundation. We also believe you must have these essentials on which to move forward:

1. PRAYER - Everything starts with prayer. Do not move forward until you are assured that you are beginning and have bathed the entire process in prayer. For you personally, your men's leadership team and your church.

2. A Discipleship Focus - After you have started with a platform of prayer, it is absolutely essential that you develop a discipleship culture or focus in and for your men's ministry. This focus needs to drive your ministry

3. A Proper Leadership Structure - Your structure must have a "3 legged approach of Pastor, Men's Leader, and of course a Leadership Team. It should contain sub ministries as well as clear job roles as well as set terms.

4. Man Code - Your church must have a atmosphere that not only draws men but keeps them!
