Mission Driven Men's Ministry The church has so many great "weapons" in the battle for the hearts, minds and souls of men in the arsenal than when Promise Keepers first began filling stadiums. There still is a place for such catalytic type events but we feel strongly that they work best when these events are part of an overall strategy to disciple men. We suggest a strategy such as "Mission Driven Men's Ministry". The very clear and concise mission is simply, "To Help Men Find And Follow Jesus Christ". We stand ready to talk to you personally about developing such a strategy in your local church. That is why Northcoast Band of Brothers exists! Mission Driven Men’s Ministry - A Summary The Concept of “Mission Driven Men’s Ministry” can be best explained by the graphic and textual overview below.
Textually, MDMM has 3 main components, The “Foundation”, The “Multiple Entry Points” that help drive MDMM and the most important segment of the MDMM, the process of Disciple Making. The “Foundation” I developed after years of training with several national men's ministries and experience leading and serving in church men’s ministry as well as Para-church men’s ministry. The concept of the “Multiple Entry Points” I borrowed from the original men’s ministry training in Promise Keepers that categorized events into 5 separate and distinct areas as well as the discipleship training I was blessed to have received by Dr. Joe Ferrini. The key component of “Disciple Making” was developed by Dr. Joe Ferrini using Campus Crusade tools and his own disciple making experience. |
